PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, UAE, Europe and selected international destinations. We do not ship to the United States.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- Standard International: 7–15 business days
- Express International (DHL): 3–7 business days
- First Class (USPS): 10–21 business days

SHIPPING RATES
- Standard: $12.00 flat rate
- Express: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Free shipping on orders over $50 (standard)

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.
